Direct Transfer Degrees (DTA/MRP/AS-T) are designed for students who intend to complete a bachelor's degree at a four-year institution before entering the workforce. BTC students can complete the first year of a bachelor's degree (45 quarter credits of general education requirements) by taking general education courses at Bellingham Technical College and transferring them to any other public, and most private, higher education institutions in Washington State.
