Career Coach Job Posting Tool

Do you have an employment opportunity for our students and graduates?

We’re excited to share Career Coach as a primary tool for employers to post open positions and for students to search for job opportunities. Career Coach is a powerful online service tool that uses Emsi’s comprehensive labor market data to help students find careers that match their strengths.

To add new job postings, you will first need to create a BTC employer account with the Career Coach Job Posting Tool. After your employer account is activated, you will have access to submit job openings that will be added to BTC’s Career Coach page as they are approved.

BTC appreciates your support of our students and stands ready to help you meet your workforce needs.

Advisory Committees

BTC is fortunate to have widespread support throughout our community. An essential element of student success is our Advisory Committees, made up of over 300 members from local businesses, school districts, non-profits, hospitals, veterinary clinics, industry employers, universities, and municipal health, fire, and parks departments.

BTC Advisory Committees:

  • Offer expert advice and direction.
  • Ensure students are acquiring skills the workforce needs.
  • Represent each specific field and meet with program faculty.
  • Help review and develop curriculum, facilities, equipment, career guidance, and employment opportunities.
