Graduation Application

Submit your Graduation Application by the second week of the quarter in which you plan to complete your certificate or degree. Late applications will be accepted, but may not be processed until the next quarter.

The verification and awarding process starts after final grades are posted to transcripts, which is three (3) business days after the end of the quarter. This process may take 6-8 weeks to complete. Upon verification of all completion requirements, your certificate or degree will be posted to your transcript. This is considered your proof of completion. The final step is to process diplomas and mail them out. We may award and post certificates and degrees without a Graduation Application, however, submitting your Graduation Application ensures timely processing and provides us with a correct mailing address. You will be notified in writing if your application has been denied.
