Quarterly Certification

This form should be completed after you have registered for classes at Bellingham Technical College. Complete this form for each separate term to request that your veteran education benefits be applied to your classes. The completed form will be automatically sent to BTC's School Certifying Official.

By selecting the box below, I am requesting certification for the quarter and year selected above and I understand each item below:

  • Students who use DVA benefits are required to have all prior credits transferred and evaluated.
  • DVA Education Benefits will only pay for coursework that is required for your program of study.
  • DVA Education Benefits will not pay for courses below the 100 level unless they are taken fully in-person.
  • DVA Education Benefits will not pay for or a student to repeat a course, unless a higher grade is required.
  • Student is required to certify their attendance monthly to the DVA before they receive payment.
