Vaccination Status AttestationIn accordance with Governor Inslee’s Proclamation 20-12.3 for Higher Education, Bellingham Technical College is a Fully-Vaccinated Campus and requires all of its students and employees who participate in or attend courses, operations, or other activities in person at any BTC location to be fully vaccinated against COVID-19, subject to any medical exemptions required by law and any religious exemption asserted.
All students and employees are required to complete the following attestation of vaccination status. Please complete only after you have begun or completed your vaccination process or if you are asserting an exemption.
