Reservations for Spring Quarter Northwest A la Carte for Menu #2 are SOLD OUT. 

The Reservations for Menu #3 will start Monday, May 13th, 2024 at 9:00am.

 Thursday May 23th- 12:00, 12:30

Friday May 24th- 12:00, 12:30

Thursday May 30th- 11:30, 12:00, 12:30

Friday May 31st- 11:30, 12:30

Thursday June 6th- 11:30, 12:00, 12:30

Friday June 7th- 11:30, 12:00, 12:30 -Parties of 2 only.

 

Please note:

This is a NW inspired 3 course meal, but items can be ordered a la carte

3-course tasting is $19.95 per person.  A la carte items and beverages will have prices posted

We cannot accept parties more than 4 guests.  Our dining room is closed and we are working in a much smaller environment 

Please remember, this is not a restaurant, this is a classroom.  These students are learning and we are so thankful for your participation in that learning. 

You cannot order TO GO food.  We will have boxes to bring left overs home, but you cannot order food to take home with you.

AMERICAN REGIONAL WILL BE OPEN APRIL 29th and 30th at 11:30am.  

This week is South Atlantic and Appalachia

 

Reservations are not required for American Regional.  Food is ordered from the cafeteria window in G-Building. 

Here is this weeks menu:

Entrees: $11.95

Jerk Chicken- Rice, Peas, Fried Plantains, Tropical Slaw

Pork Calle Ocho- Orange Mojo, Yuca, Okra, Sofrito Sauce

Ropa Vieja- Yellow Rice, Black Beans, Papaya Salad, Tostones

Soups: $4.95

Cuban- Roasted Pork, Ham, Mustard, Pickles, French Fries

Fried Halibut- Mojo Aioli, Corn Salad, Soft Roll, French Fries

Jibarito- Sirloin Steak, Lettuce, Tomato, Onion, Adobo Aioli, Plantain "Bun", French Fries

Saute: $11.95

Grilled Swordfish- Mojo marinated, Pineapple Avocado Salsa, Sweet Potato Fries

Coconut Shrimp- Ginger Soy Dipping Sauce, White Rice, Snap Peas, Bok Choy

Salads: 10.95

Crab & Grapefruit- Avocado, Hearts of Palm, Cucumber, Radish

Shrimp & Pineapple Ceviche- Shredded lettuce, chayote, Onion, Cilatro, Lime
