Dental Hygiene Application - Bellingham Technical College application form

To be considered for the program, applicants must ensure that all prerequisites are completed and documented. This includes the completion of required courses with final grades posted, evaluation and posting of any transfer credits, approval of Healthcare Experience, and submission of ATI TEAS scores to BTC. Only applications meeting all these requirements will be reviewed.

Interpersonal Communications (CMST& 210) OR Public Speaking (CMST& 220) 5 credits
English Composition I (ENGL& 101) 5 credits
English Composition II (ENGL& 102) 5 credits
Precalculus I (MATH& 141) OR Math in Society (MATH& 107) OR Introduction to Statistics (MATH& 146) 5 credits
Nutrition (NUTR& 101) 5 credits
General Psychology (PSYC& 100) 5 credits
Introduction to Sociology (SOC& 101) 5 credits

Approved Dental Hygiene Healthcare Experience Verification form on file with BTC
ATI TEAS: score at the "PROFICIENT" level or higher in each of the four areas on one transcript
