Nationally there is a severe shortage of experienced welders.
It is estimated that nearly half of all skilled welders are nearing retirement.
The demand for skilled welders continues to grow so much so that welding schools
and on-site training programs simply can't keep up with demand. We offer both

Tooling & Machining
The Tooling & Machining program provides the student with technical information in
machining science, experience in machine operation procedures, and background in quality control
determinations and material selection. Graduates are capable of carrying out ideas and plans that
call for the production of intricate and complex parts, with emphasis strongly placed on machine
operation and control. Industrial demand for well-trained operators is quite high. Graduates may
subsequently move to positions in quality control departments, inspection and supervisory divisions,
as well as material testing facilities. We offer both
certicates and
degrees in Tooling & Machining.

HVAC
The Heating, Ventilation, & Air Conditioning field continues to grow. Every car, house, and building has
a need for heating and air conditioning. There is a high demand for work, but a lack of skilled workers. BTC can provide
you with the skills and training you need to land a rewarding career in HVAC. We offer both
