Applying is the phase where strategic objectives are applied to College functions and departments resulting in the creation of unit plans consistent with overall strategic goals.

Steps

13.  Applying strategic goals to college functions takes strategic goals to each area of the college. Goals for each college function and department will be created to guide unit planning.

14.  Unit planning will involve the creation of departmental objectives and strategies that apply to the unit goals and contribute to the overall achievement of college goals.

Explanation and determining applicability between the College goals and College units will be defined in a summary document for each unit. In other words, what goals will impact which departments and to what extent? How will the budget of the units are affected by the goals and strategies.
