Integration/assimilation involves the incorporation of vital information that has a significant bearing on the future of the college.

Incorporate aspects of situational analysis
Phase II and Phase IV are directly linked in that Phase II collects the data from a variety of sources and Phase IV utilizes the information. Themes and threads should start to emerge from the analysis and utilized as goals or values of the college. Systems portfolio may reflect specific accrediting criteria, however, how do these criteria affect increased enrollment? Evaluation criteria can begin to be utilized or created determining how and what measures demonstrate progress of meeting expectations described in the mission, vision, and values.
Council members will determine key points from each document listed in the Integration & Assimilation Phase. A summery will be utilized to help narrow the large amount of data.
The whole Strategic Planning Council will meet at a RETREAT with exercises that assist in finding common goals and identifying differences that support or challenge progress the Mission, Vision, and Values statements. Creating matrixes will be determined to assist in clarification and purpose for developing goals. |
