Organization is the first phase in the strategic planning process and consists of the steps leading to the creation of the planning model, creation of planning guides and materials, selection of planning council members and marketing of strategic planning process.

Activities

•  Draft model and present to planning group
•  Finalize strategic planning model
•  Select Strategic Planning Council and chair
•  Convene/charge to Planning Council
