REA - Real Estate - Appraisal
The Appraisal major is designed to prepare graduates to work in entry-level positions and take the appraisal licensure examination by the Ohio Division of Real Estate and Professional Licensing.

The appraisal major offers a combination of courses in

• Communication
• Business management
• Building preservation and restoration
• Pre-licensing education

REB - Real Estate - Sales/Broker
Prepare for entry-level jobs in real estate sales and business management/ownership.

Specific courses are required prior to the broker license examination including

• Financial management, Human resources or Personnel management
• Applied business economics
• Business law
