Welcome to Belmont Technical College
We are pleased that you have chosen to explore the educational opportunities at Belmont Technical College. Our faculty and staff are continuously striving to provide the most advanced programs to prepare you for immediate entrance to your chosen career field or for transfer to a four-year college or university.
Our focus is on your success. The overarching mission of the college is to help students succeed. We have initiated services to students that focus on this aspect of our mission by creating the Student Success Center. Services offered through this computerized center include placement testing, tutoring, and delivery of developmental courses such as Paragraph Writing, Pre-algebra, and Textbook Comprehension, to name a few. Our faculty and counselors are committed to your success in the manner by which they work with you in academic advising and the classroom.
The college is accessible by way of location and cost. Despite recent surges in tuition costs, BTC is still one of the most affordable institutions of higher education in the region. With abundant financial aid and excellent scholarships, students should find the means to achieve their career and higher education goals.
