Flag Football Team
Belmont College participates in the club-level Ohio Valley Flag Football League, which includes teams from other colleges and universities in the Upper Ohio Valley. This fall sport is open to all Belmont students.
The team placed second in the 2006 Ohio Valley Flag Football Association League Championships and earned a position in the 2006 National Flag Football Championships. In 2005, in addition to being runner-up in the 2005 Southern Division, the team received the Sportsmanship Championship Award.

Belmont Flag Football Team played 2 games on Sunday 13 Nov.
The Belmont Flag Football team beat WVNCC in the first game of the playoffs. Final score was 20-14.
In the third game of the League Playoffs, Belmont lost to Wheeling Jesuit in the Semifinal Playoff game 21-8.
The 2011 Flag Football Team season has ended. The Belmont Flag Football team finished the season with two wins in the regular season and two wins in the Conference Playoffs for a 4-4 season.
Professor Cardello would like to thank Amy North, Luke Woofter, JR Lovett, Randy Esaw, Eric Hall, Katone Sims, Logan Paxton, Brandon Nichols, and all the other players who displayed professional sportsmanship during the whole season and fought a tough season in a very competitive league.
