The Human Resources Department utilizes the Human Resources Success Model as a day-to-day guiding resource in achieving departmental and institutional goals. The Model provides the vision and values to support the creation of efficient systems, the development of a culture of accountability and an environment that empowers employees, and to initiate collaborative efforts with the community.

The College’s human resource system embraces and permeates all other organizational operations both internal and external, in support of the College’s mission, values, and goals as it strives to improve organizational performance.
