As early as 1980, it was recognized that growth in student population at Belmont brought new challenges in the form of the non-traditional student.
Philosophy
Belmont College welcomes your family to one of the area’s finest child development and learning centers. We strive to make it possible for those, who might not otherwise be able to attend, to have an educational opportunity while knowing that their children are being cared for in a developmentally appropriate child care program. Because children attend on an irregular schedule based on parents’ class time on campus, it is our hope for children to mature at their own pace while encouraging social, emotional, cognitive, and physical growth. No child shall be denied enrollment and /or participation based upon sex, color, race, religion, or national origin.
