Elizabeth F. Gates
Elizabeth Gates presently serves as Chair of the Board of Trustees and has served on the Board since 1995. She is Senior Vice President and Co-Founder of HGO Technology, Inc., located on Lumber Avenue in Wheeling, West Virginia. HGO is a computer consulting and network engineering technology business that was founded in 1986.
Mrs. Gates has worked as a computer consultant, an instructor in technical math, general sciences and computer science at Belmont College, and a Senior Systems Analyst in Information Services for Wheeling Pittsburgh Steel Company.
She also serves on the Advisory Committee for the Information Sciences Department for West Virginia Northern Community College and is an information technology consultant to various colleges throughout the area. Mrs. Gates is married to Richard and has two grown children who reside in California.
Education:
Mrs. Gates holds a M.A. in Mathematics from the University of Pittsburgh and a BS in Mathematics from Wheeling Jesuit University.
