    Settlemyer Family Hall is a large space perfect for banquets, award ceremonies, auctions, or any other large event. The hall features a stage, lectern, data/video ceiling projector, digital monitor display screens, public-address system, teaching lectern, and room darkening capability. This space can accommodate up to 500 people theater seating and 225 banquet seating

    For additional space, combine Settlemyer Family Hall with Campus Center rooms 119 and 120 to accommodate up to 700 people theater seating and 300 banquet seating. Our in-house catering and audio/video capabilities allow us to customize event packages and make hosting any event effortless.

    Classrooms can accommodate between 25 to 75 people and include white boards, screen, data/video ceiling projector, audio playback system, and teaching station (VHS/DVD player, computer and lectern). Based upon the needs of your event, our staff will help you select a room that will meet your needs best.

    The cafeteria/multipurpose room is located in Building G and is an ideal space for large conferences or banquets. The room includes a public-address system, data/video ceiling projector, audio playback system, screen, and lectern, and can be set-up in a number of different configurations to accommodate any type of event.


Café Culinaire (Restaurant)

Our Café Culinaire Restaurant can accommodate up to 48 guests (30 banquet style).

    Host your next event in our Café Culinaire Restaurant. Our restaurant can accommodate up to 48 guests (30 banquet style). This space is perfect for an intimate holiday parties, business lunch or dinners. Room includes HD monitor with computer, audio playback system, DVD player, and microphone.

Rental Policies

Catering/Food Services

BTC offers an extensive catering menu with a wide variety of high quality meal options including hot and cold beverages, refreshments, appetizers, soups, sandwiches, salads, entrees, and desserts. No outside food is permitted during venue rentals. Check out the current catering menu (link to catering tab). *Prices and menu are subject to change.

Scheduling

BTC may have limited access during the academic school year.

  • Facilities are not available for scheduling on the following holidays: New Year’s Day, Easter, Independence Day, Thanksgiving Day, and Christmas Day.
  • Additional charges (staff time) may be assessed for the following recognized state holidays: Martin Luther King Jr. Day, President’s Day, Memorial Day, Labor Day, Veteran’s Day, and the Friday following Thanksgiving Day.

Conduct

Pursuant to WAC 495B-140-11, signatories of the rental agreement, as well as adult organization leaders, are responsible for group conduct and are expected to remain with their group during activities.

Liability

Each party shall be responsible for damages to persons or property resulting from negligence on the part of itself, its employees, or its officers. The College assumes no responsibility to the renter for the consequences of any act or omission of any third party. The renter is responsible for damages incurred by third parties (including invitees of renter) during their possession of the premises.

Insurance

As a condition of rental, the College may require proof of insurance from the renter.

Use Restriction

The College reserves the right to prohibit the use of facilities by groups which restrict membership or participation in a manner inconsistent with the College's commitment to nondiscrimination as set forth in its written policies and rules. No use other than what is specified in this agreement is to occur.

Alcohol

The use of any alcoholic beverage is extremely restricted on BTC’s campus or for any BTC activity. The use of alcoholic beverages (beer & wine only) requires prior permission by the President and a banquet permit or special occasion license. Per the College’s alcoholic beverage policy approval should be requested at least three weeks prior to the date of the event. BTC supplied bartenders must be used during all events serving alcohol.

Cancellation and Refund Policy

All cancellations must be received in writing. Cancellations made within five working days of the scheduled event will be refunded 100% of the deposit. Cancellations made less than five working days but more than 24 hours before the event will be refunded at 50%. Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled event will not be refunded at all.
