Career services are available to Belmont Technical College graduates, students and alumni at no charge. The Career Services Office serves as an employment information center —a clearinghouse for job openings.

The Coordinator of Transfer, Articulation, and Career Services operates the Career Services Office, maintaining a relationship with potential employers as well as links to various newspapers and job search engines. Students are then referred to the jobs, often by forwarding resumes or other credentials. The Coordinator of Transfer, Articulation, and Career Services works with employers to set up on-campus recruiting visits, as well as regular site visits to develop job openings and promote the employment of Belmont Technical College graduates and alumni.
