Why Give to the BTC Foundation?
A Belmont Technical College education has expanded the horizons for thousands of Ohio Valley residents. Many BTC graduates have moved on to fulfilling, well-paying careers or have earned advanced degrees.
Yet many people in our community who could benefit from this education don't pursue it because they can't afford it. Belmont Technical College is committed to helping these individuals get the education they so need and desire.
One of the most important ways the College provides access to education is through its scholarship program. Scholarships give residents of our community a chance to educate themselves so that they can succeed at challenging careers. They have helped thousands of people learn the skills they needed to obtain good jobs and better support themselves and their families.
Each year, Belmont Technical College requires over $500,000 to fund the scholarships its students require. Without this essential financial assistance, these students would not be able to attend college.
