BTC is a two-year college whose mission is to provide higher education for students from its service district of Belmont, Harrison, and Monroe counties as well as the surrounding tri-state area.
This higher education is provided to meet the specific needs of students seeking career-oriented education for job placement, general studies transfer-oriented education for transfer purposes, continuing education-oriented instruction for job enrichment and advancement, and/or community oriented education to meet individual personal interests. Education and training also are provided to meet special needs identified by the business and industrial community.
