Transient Student Placement Policy

| All transient students (those pursuing a degree through another
college) must meet the placement requirements of the home school's
equivalent course prior to registering for BTC's distance education
courses. As an example, if the home school requires a particular
ACT, ASSET or COMPASS score for placement into the first level freshman
English course, then that requirement must be met to gain admission
to Belmont Technical College's ENG101, Freshman English Composition.
Prospective students are required to request a letter confirming
this from an authorized representative from the home school and
such letter must be received by Belmont Technical College prior
to registration. |
