Reservations for our Spring Quarter Restaurant Service are SOLD OUT

We do not have a waitlist

Guests with existing reservations please take note of our policies below:

  • No to go orders
  • No advanced orders
  • If changes need to be made to a current reservation, please email culinary@btc.edu
  • Please mention in the comment section of your reservation, if there is a vegetarian diner in your party. We will not have a Vegetarian Item on the menu, but will be able to accommodate appropriately with advance notice.
  • Parking is in the parking lots next to C buidling or Y building on Lindbergh Ave or in the general student lot with the entrance off Illinois Ave.
  • The buffet is a 3 course menu for $18.95, but you may order a la carte as well.
  • Parking is in the C or the Y lots on Lindbergh
  • Bar seating is first come, first served. We do not make the decision to open the bar seating until the day of.
  • There is no guarantee will can accommodation dietary restrictions.
  • Please remember our 1st year students are serving American Regional Cuisine from the window in the Lindbergh Ave. Deli and Grill. This is a great option for a quick, delicious regional meal, to enjoy at the college or to-go

These policies were designed to assist the flow of patrons in Café Culinaire and to provide a smoother educational experience for our students. To ensure proper service and to provide a more timely meal sequence, we request cancellations be avoided if at all possible. If you do need to cancel, we require 48 hour notice. Thank you for your cooperation in this matter.

Related issues:
Number of portions prepared for each menu items is limited on a daily basis in order to control costs, avoid excess waste, and to encourage a more balanced activity level for each student station; thus some menu items may sell out prematurely especially popular items. Some menu items may be unavailable from time to time due to student absence and/or performance.

    The hours will be Tuesday - Friday (Closed on Monday) from 11 am - 12:30 pm

    Grab and Go Cooler


    The Grab and Go cooler offers freshly made Caesar and Chef Salads, fresh daily Deli sandwiches as well as "snack cups" with fruit, vegetables with Ranch dip and Greek Honey Yogurt with granola and fruit preserve.

    The cooler is located by the soup station.

    What better way to "grab" a quick soup and sandwich or salad for lunch.

Open until 8 pm on Monday through Thursday, for that late in the day Espresso pick-me-up, a later lunch break or a light snack to hold you over to dinner time
