Reservations for International Buffet are sold out for the quarter

Please click the red Reserve button below to see if there have been any cancellations. If it says This Restaurant is not talking reservations at this time, we are still sold out. We are operating on a 1 time dining per guest, (reservations under your name and reservations you are a guest of included) in hopes more people will get to experience our student’s buffets. We truly appreciate your cooperation with this.

International buffets are family style seating, which means you may be seated with other parties. The Buffets are $15.95, and please pay at the coffee shop. We do not allow to-go boxes. Due to the popularity, we ask that each guest has ONE dining experience during Winter Quarter International Buffet. This includes reservations under your name and reservations under another name, you are a guest of. We really appreciate your cooperation in this matter. Number of portions prepared for each menu items is limited on a daily basis in order to control costs, avoid excess waste, and to encourage a more balanced activity level for each student station; thus some menu items may sell out prematurely especially popular items. Some menu items may be unavailable from time to time due to student absence and/or performance.

Spring Quarter Café Culinaire Reservations will open in March 2017. We will update when official date is selected.

This year you will notice products sourced from local purveyors. Did you know we offer gluten free buns and bread along with key menu items to meet most dietary restrictions? Join us on Tuesdays and Wednesday for the most fun and food options. Bring a friend and check us out!

    Today’s Chef’s Select menu items are


    • Turkey Cutlet
      • Thin turkey cutlet stuffed with a white & wild rice dressing. Topped with a savory turkey gravy and served with a Caesar salad
        (Poultry is from Osprey Hill Farm)
    • Loaded Taco Fries
      • Local potatoes fried crisp and covered with local ground beef, shredded cheddar cheese, lettuce, diced tomatoes and green onions. Served with sour cream and avocado
        (Local purveyors Hopewell Farm, Skagit River Ranch, Ralph’s Greenhouse, Viva Farm)
    • Chili Burger
      • Local ground beef patty topped with chili con carne, cheddar cheese, and battered onion rings. Served on a brioche bun and served with fresh hand cut fries
        (Local purveyors include Samish Bay and Boldly Grown Farms)
    • Pasta Special (Vegan, GF)
      • Gluten-free fusilli pasta topped with grilled portabella mushrooms, basil marinara sauce and fried shallots
        (Local purveyors include Hedlin Farms, Viva Farm, Ralph’s Greenhouse)

    Grab and Go Cooler


    The Grab and Go cooler offers freshly made Caesar and Chef Salads, fresh daily Deli sandwiches as well as "snack cups" with fruit, vegetables with Ranch dip and Greek Honey Yogurt with granola and fruit preserve.

    The cooler is located by the soup station.

    What better way to "grab" a quick soup and sandwich or salad for lunch.

Open until 8 pm on Monday through Thursday, for that late in the day Espresso pick-me-up, a later lunch break or a light snack to hold you over to dinner time
