| BTC ALUMNI TO RAISE MONEY FOR SCHOLARSHIPS
The Belmont Technical College Alumni Association is offering discount cards with all proceeds going towards student scholarship support. These cards are good at several local businesses and multiple locations.
"The cards are on sale for $10 each and are good until the end of next year (2008)," said Alumni President Joyce Paglialunga.
"This program provides a win-win situation for BTC constituents and participating businesses," she continued. Cardholders benefit by saving money, and local businesses benefit by the increased awareness and traffic from the campus community. You do not have to be a Belmont Technical College student or alumni to purchase the card.
Deals on the card are good at the following businesses: Domino's Pizza; Ponzani Florist and Gift Shop; Cellular Solutions; Subway; Loos Pharmacy; From Past to Present; DeFelice Brothers Pizza; Taco Bell; Newellstown Diner; Burger King; Auntie Anne’s Pretzels; Porterfields Drive Thru Farm and Garden Center; St. Clair Lanes; Sun Video; Sun Tanning; Mel’s Imagination; and Discover Chiropractic.
Those interested can get their cards by calling Paglialunga at (740-695-4286) or pick one up from Jeana Paglialunga (740-526-9371) at From Past to Present at 145 1/2 West Main Street in St. Clairsville. They are also available at Belmont Technical College from Erin Neely (740-695-9500 ext. 1189) in the Office of Institutional Advancement, ATIC Office #207.
