| Your Belmont Technical College degree may have been a first step towards earning a bachelor's degree or beyond. Or perhaps it provided the skills you needed to achieve professional success. Your support of the College can help ensure that others in the Ohio Valley may experience similar personal and professional achievements. There are many ways to give back to BTC.
Volunteer Service Opportunities
Alumni are encouraged to share their time and talents through volunteer service. Volunteers are needed to serve on the Alumni Council, which guides the activities of the Alumni Association. Through regular meetings, Council members will shape the future of the Alumni Association and assist with planning Association projects and special events.
Alumni are also invited to lend a hand with alumni- and college-sponsored events such as the Alumni Car and Craft show or the Alumni/Student golf mixer. Workers are needed to plan the events, to help promote them and to assist on the event days.
To volunteer, or to learn more about available volunteer opportunities, contact the BTC Alumni Office at (740) 695-9500, ext. 1189.
Financial Opportunities
Those who wish to support the College financially may do so through a donation to the Belmont Technical College Foundation, a non-profit organization that serves as the College's fundraising arm. The Foundation accepts gifts of cash and checks as well as bequests through a will, life insurance policy or other planned giving device.
You may donate to one of the many available scholarship funds or designate your donation to be used in a program of your choice. Or you may leave it undesignated to be used where the need is greatest.
For more information on the available giving options, visit the Foundation's web site at www.btcfoundation.org , or contact the Office of Institutional Advancement at (740) 695-9500, ext. 1018.
